What exactly am I renting?
Owners offer DVC points to arrange a reservation, or list a reservation they have already made. Each listing clearly identifies its type, price, and details. You agree on the arrangement directly with the owner.
Does PointRoost charge a commission?
No. Browsing, listing, and connecting are free, with 0% marketplace commission. Optional verification and Skipper products have separate pricing.
How do verification badges work?
Badges identify specific checked facts, such as identity or DVC ownership. They help inform your decision, but do not guarantee a reservation or transaction.
Who handles the rental payment?
You and the owner arrange payment directly. PointRoost does not collect rental payments, hold funds in escrow, or book Disney reservations.
